We are two hermanas Latinas who center themselves around the idea that life is meant to be lived.  We decided to take our big dreams of seeing the world and share them with you, thus Alpacaourbags was born. Our childhood was spent in a small town in New Jersey, where we found ourselves looking to escape the mundane and set out on new adventures. Growing up we shared a room, clothes, toys and bodega candy, well maybe that was just Alison, but anyways as adults we found that we also share a passion for travel. We both have visited multiple countries and have even spent some time living around the world. It brings us so much joy to travel and immerse ourselves in culture, food and history and we want to share that joy with you. We’ve learned to make travel a priority despite having to work around our careers and grown up responsibilities, we want to teach you how you can make travel possible too and follow your curiosity! This blog is here to teach you how to catch affordable flights, save on accommodations, to provide you with sample itineraries and so much more.
